A team deck with more than one author
AI can draft a shared outline. It cannot resolve who owns slide 8. Assign authors before you regenerate, or the deck will sound like three companies.
Lock the outline and the template first. Then let people edit their slides in the PPTX. A second full generation will overwrite the one slide legal already approved.
One template, one voice pass
Brand colours and title style should be decided once. After export, a single person should read the deck aloud and kill the phrases nobody would say.
Comments live in PowerPoint
Do not bounce the source URL through the generator to ‘include their notes.’ Paste the notes. Regeneration is not version control.
