Review AI slides before you present: a punch list
A short review pass for generated decks: one claim per slide, titles that decide something, and bullets a person in the room can actually read.
Treat a generated deck as a first pass. Before you present, check that each slide makes one claim, the title is a sentence, and no chart or number arrived without a source you can defend.
Read titles only, once
Advance through titles with the body hidden if you can. If the titles do not tell the story, the bullets will not save it.
Rewrite titles as claims: “Retention dropped after week two,” not “Retention overview.”
Kill the slides that repeat
AI drafts pad. Two slides that say the same thing with different adjectives should become one. Delete freely; regenerating a single slide is cheaper than defending fluff live.

Should I regenerate the whole deck when one slide is wrong?
No. Reset or rewrite that slide. A full regenerate usually reintroduces problems you already fixed.
What if a statistic looks specific?
Assume it is invented until you replace it with a number you own. Generated figures are a common failure mode.
