Write the presentation outline before you generate slides
Generating slides first hides a weak argument. Lock the outline — audience, decision, section order — then ask a tool to turn it into a deck.
Slides are a layout problem. The outline is the argument. If you skip the outline, the model will invent a section order that sounds complete and says nothing.
A one-page outline is enough
List the decision, three supporting claims, and the ask. That is a deck. Everything else is appendix or delete.
