Charts AI slides get wrong
Generated decks love bars that do not add to 100 and axes with no units. Treat every chart as a claim you must source or delete.
MagicSlides can build the layout. It cannot know last quarter’s numbers. If you did not paste the data, assume the chart is fiction and replace it before you present.
Numbers are not decoration
A slide that says “+47% engagement” with no period or source will be the only thing a sceptical room remembers. Delete it or footnote it.
The export checklist is not optional here. Open the .pptx and click the chart. If it is a flattened picture of fake bars, rebuild it.
One chart, one sentence
If you cannot say the point without the picture, you do not have a point yet. Write the claim in the title, then put honest numbers underneath.
Frequently asked questions
Can I prompt it to use my CSV?
Paste the actual figures in the prompt or build the chart after. A filename in the prompt is not data.
What about qualitative decks?
Then you do not need a chart. A fake one is worse than a quote.
